Returns and Exchanges

At OTB, we stand behind the quality and performance of our cutting-edge tactical boots. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

Returns: If you're not completely satisfied with your boots, you can return them within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure the boots are in their original condition, unworn, and include all packaging and tags.
  2. Contact our customer service team at customerservice@otbboots.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
  3. Pack the boots securely and ship them back to us using a traceable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges: Need a different size or style? We make exchanges easy! Simply return your original pair using the process above and place a new order for your desired item.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item or the wrong boots, please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll make it right. We’ll cover all shipping costs for returns in these cases.
